List of app ads.

The first step is to locate where the App Ads functionality is. To do this, you must follow the following path:

  1. Access Trainingym Manager with your employee credentials.
  2. Go to the Marketing tab and click on App Ads.
  3. The following screen will display the history of ads that you will be creating.

This listing will allow you to search the ads by name, as well as view information such as the start date and the end date of publication or if the ad is currently active.

Furthermore, you will be able to customize the display of the columns as follows:

  • Image (Mandatory).
  • Title (Mandatory).
  • Start date (Optional).
  • End date (Optional).
  • Active (Mandatory).

You will also be able to sort the ads by name, start date, and end date.

Create an ad.

To create a new ad, click on the "Create ad" button in the upper right corner of the list.

Next, a modal will open where you will need to fill in some basic fields.

  • Image: It is mandatory to upload an image in the specified formats (.jpg, .png, or .gif - static image). Click the "Upload" button below the image and either click or drag the desired file.

💡 Recommendation:

Recomendamos que la imagen tenga un formato 12:16.

Examples of resolutions in 12:16:

  • 1200 x 1600 pixels
  • 1800 x 2400 pixels
  • 3000 x 4000 pixels
Each of these resolutions follows the 12:16 aspect ratio. The difference between them lies in the total number of pixels, which affects the image quality. The higher the resolution, the more detailed and sharper the image will be.

Once you have selected the file, you can adjust its dimensions. When you have finished editing the image, click Upload to add the image to the ad.

  • Title: Required field. Allows you to create the title that you will see internally for the ad. (Visible only from Manager). Maximum length of 50 characters.
  • CTA button text: Required field. It will contain the call-to-action button text that the ad will carry. It must have a maximum length of 15 characters.
  • Destination: Required field. This section will define the target of the ad's call-to-action button (CTA). You have 2 options:
    • Web: This option will allow you to include the URL of an external website that the customer will reach by clicking on the CTA.
    • App menu: This option will allow you to redirect the customer to certain sections of the app. Here we can choose, from the options displayed in the dropdown, which section of the app we want the ad's CTA to direct to.
  • Date and time: Required field. Here you must indicate the start date and time, as well as the end date and time for the announcement's publication. By default, the system will display the current date/time when selecting the start date, thus preventing the creation of past announcements.
  • Limit display: This switch is optional and is used to indicate to the system whether we want to segment our ad, that is, limit its display to certain profiles or customer groups. If you activate it, it will give you the option to choose between profiles and customer groups from the options available in the dropdown.

If you have questions about how to segment your partners through profiles or groups, you can check the following tutorials:

    👉 Partner profiles
    👉 Partner groups
  • Preview: This option will allow you to preview how the customer will see the ad in the app.

When you complete all the required fields, click the "Save" button to finish creating your ad. Please note that this button will remain disabled until all mandatory fields are filled in.

View ad options.

Once your ad is created and visible in the listing, you will be able to view its details.

Find your ad in the list and click on Options > View details

  • View details: By clicking on this option, a modal will open where you can check the details of the ad. If the ad is active or scheduled for the future, you will have the option to edit it.
  • Edit: This option is available for active or future-scheduled ads. Clicking on it opens the ad editing modal.

📌 Attention! It is not possible to edit past ads.

⚠️ If you edit an active ad, it will not be shown again to customers who have already seen it.

If you want it to be shown to all customers, we recommend deactivating this ad and creating a new one.

  • Deactivate: Allows you to deactivate an ad that is currently active or scheduled for the future. When clicked, an informational confirmation modal will be displayed.

This action means that the ad will no longer have the ✔️ active check in the listing and will no longer be visible in the customers' app.
  • Delete: This option will only be available for past ads or those we have previously deactivated. Upon clicking, a confirmation modal will appear.  After confirmation, the selected ad will disappear from the list.

Customer experience.

It is now possible to have multiple ads active at the same time. This will be their appearance protocol:

  • The ads will be displayed after the induction assistant (if enabled).
  • The ads will be displayed in order of creation (by ID).
  • One ad will be displayed each time you navigate to the "Today you have" tab.

Depending on the route chosen when creating an ad, it may lead to different menus within the app, such as Schedules and Reservations, Virtual, Rates, Services... or to an external website.
