This report will provide you with average data on different customer profiles, so you can get to know your clientele better.
The "Customer Profile" or Buyer Persona report will provide you with average data on the typical customer profile that predominates in your fitness business, so you can better understand your clientele and make the best decisions.
This report allows you to analyze the average data of active and inactive customers. Additionally, we present this data both globally and segmented by gender: men and women.
To access this report, go to the menu Reports > Center > Customer Profile in Trainingym Manager.
📌 Attention:
If you cannot find the report through the mentioned path (Reports > Center > Customer Profile), you need to access your employee permission from the menu My Center > Permissions and activate the corresponding option.
Both in the Active (active customers) section and the Inactive (inactive customers) section, we show you the following average data:
- Men: Average percentage of male customers.
- Women: Average percentage of female customers.
- Age: Average age of your clientele.
- Weekly Access: Average weekly access through the turnstile.
- Weekly App Login: Average weekly access to the app.
We also show the TOP 3 customers based on the most frequent postal codes (customer residence), the peak access times (turnstile), the most common fitness goals (training plans assigned to customers), and the most reserved favorite activities.
Finally, in the "Inactive Customer Profile" tab, you will find similar information to the active customer profile tab, but focused on members who are inactive.
