The Customer Dasboard is a dynamic dashboard that provides a complete overview of your customers' status.

The Client Dashboard is a revolutionary tool that offers a comprehensive view of your clients' status at a glance. With this new functionality, you can dynamically understand each client's situation, allowing you to provide more personalized and efficient service.



This Dashboard is located where the data tab used to be, adding a new tab to the client’s profile. It does not replace any existing functionality but adds an additional tool to provide key information about your clientele.



The Dashboard is divided into different sections that cover a wide range of relevant information.


In the basic personal data section, you can find key information such as the client’s name, age, and contact details.


The financial indicators section allows detailed tracking of payments made by each client, facilitating the business's economic management.


In the fitness section, you’ll find data related to the client’s training program and the activities they regularly attend.


The Rewards tab shows invitations made by the client and accumulated points, promoting loyalty.


Body composition is another important aspect shown on the Dashboard, with details such as the last weighing and data related to the client’s body composition.


Additionally, the access section indicates the last time the client accessed the center through the turnstile and when they logged into the app, providing relevant information about their activity and commitment.



Moreover, it includes a loyalty score, calculated based on several aspects such as the client’s tenure, their participation as an ambassador, their attendance at the center, and their physical activity.



Regarding the client’s tenure, up to 20 points will be assigned if the client has been part of your fitness business for over a year.


In terms of the ambassador aspect, it will be evaluated if, in the NPS survey, the client has given a positive rating and recommended your business to others.


As for attendance, the time elapsed since the last time the client accessed the center or connected to the app will be taken into account.


Additionally, in the fitness section, validated sessions by the client and the frequency of weigh-ins will be considered.

But the most innovative aspect of this Dashboard is that, based on the loyalty score, it will offer personalized advice for each client. For example, if a client has not invited anyone to try your fitness business, you will receive suggestions to encourage them to do so. If they haven't accessed the center in a while, it will provide strategies to recover their attendance. All this aims to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.



Additionally, the Dashboard allows you to take direct actions, such as sending WhatsApp messages if you have the client’s phone number registered, assigning training programs, or conducting body composition follow-ups. All to provide a more complete and personalized service to your clients.


For instance, if the client has a valid phone number registered in their profile, you can take advantage of various additional functions. For example, you can send WhatsApp messages directly from the Dashboard, open a chat with them for more agile communication, or even copy the access link to the application for quick entry.

When a client joins your business, send them a WhatsApp message with the access link to your business app.


Moreover, within the fitness section, you will have the possibility to assign training programs simply and personalized. For example, you can assign a specific initial program according to their goals and needs.



Once the assignment is completed, when you return to the Dashboard tab, you can immediately see the availability of that program for the client.



By assigning specific goals, such as strength, and saving the changes, the client’s profile will be completed with all detailed information. This includes the assignment of loyalty points, which can increase if a body composition record is made, either manually or using a bioimpedance scale. With each action that adds loyalty points, you will see the score grow and how personalized advice adjusts accordingly to improve the client’s experience.



These additional functionalities not only facilitate the management and monitoring of each client but also contribute to offering a more complete and personalized service, undoubtedly improving client satisfaction and loyalty in your fitness business.
