How to Link Your Stripe Account with Trainingym Payments
It's very simple.
If you have the Payments module active, you’ll see a menu called Payments in Trainingym Manager.
Expand that menu, and click on the Configuration section.
Within the Configuration screen, click on the "General" section, and then in the "Payment Types" section, activate the "Stripe" option. Finally, click on the [Access Stripe] button.
You’ll be taken to the account linking screen, where you can create or connect your corporate Stripe account if you already have one.
Enter your email address and follow the steps requested by the account creation and connection form.

Account Verification
After creating the account, you’ll notice that data editing is locked until the account is activated. Before activation, you must verify your email address.
Go to your email and verify it.
Activate Your Account
Once your email is verified, you can activate the account. To do this, you can access it from the "Activate Your Account" option that appears in the Stripe options panel.

If you don’t see your country, you can contact Stripe support to let them know you’re interested in the service.

Select your corporate entity:

Legal Name of the Company
If you choose any type of corporation, you’ll need to enter the legal name of the company so Stripe can verify the provided name and Tax ID (CIF).
CIF - Tax Identification Certificate (Optional)
VAT Number (Optional)
The VAT ID is the tax identification number assigned to a professional or company to operate with VAT within the Union. The VAT ID consists of the letters "ES" followed by the operator's NIF.
Company Address: Street, Postal Code, City, and Province
Business Phone Number (Optional): Later, you’ll add a personal phone number, which is mandatory.
Individual or Sole Proprietor Information
Your Stripe account must be activated by someone with control over the company’s operations.
- Name: First Name, Last Name, and Maiden Name (second family name)
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- NIF - DNI - NIE (Optional)
- Residential Address: Street, Postal Code, City, and Province
Additional Administrators or Officers
You can add Stripe account administrators for the company. Administrators and the account holder are the only ones who can view and edit account information.
Credit Card Statement Information
- Description of Charge on Bank Statement: Information that will appear on the bank statement of customers making a payment to your account. Example: Trainingym. You can edit this later from the account settings panel.
- Support Phone Number: Number that customers can contact if they need to file a complaint.

Direct Debit Mandate
By creating the account, you authorize Stripe to send funds to and from this bank account through the SEPA system, accepting the terms and conditions of the service agreement, including the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate.Two-Factor Authentication (Mandatory)
This helps ensure that no one else can log in to your account. You can choose between verification via SMS or the Google Authenticator app.
Account Access Credentials
Email address and password for account access. You can later add other users with access to the account.
Once all fields are completed, click on "Authorize Access to This Account." You’ll be immediately redirected back to Trainingym (connect.stripe.com).
Account Verification by Stripe
After creating and connecting the account, the activation process is not automatic, as Stripe verifies the entered data.
If you’ve completed the process and the plan and credit configuration is still not available, refresh the screen periodically to check if the linking was successful.
Brand Customization on Stripe Account
We recommend configuring your brand image from the settings panel while you request assistance for account connection.
To do this, simply access your brand settings panel.
Add Administrators and Collaborators to the Account
If you want to add other administrators, you can do so from the team settings panel.
