Checking Available Services from the App, Step by Step
Step 1: Log in to the app with your username and password.
Step 2: Access the services section, for which you have 2 alternatives:
- The easiest: Click on the "My Center" menu at the bottom center of your mobile screen, and look for the services option.
- The less easy: Click on the wallet icon at the top of the "Today You Have" menu, then on the "Plans and Credits" tab, then on the "Manage my plans and credits" button, on the list icon, and on the services option.
Step 3: Click on "View Services" to see what is offered by your sports center.
Step 4: Browse through the various available services.
Checking Your Sports Center's Rates from the App
Now you have a tab called "Rates" from the "My Center" section that will direct you straight to the rates your sports center has available for contracting.
Just like the services, you can also check the Rates by clicking the "Wallet" button at the top of your app, then press "View Plans and Credits" and scroll to the "Rates" section.
Acquiring Services from the App
If you are interested in contracting any of the services, follow these steps:
- Click on contract,
- Click on the 📅 Calendar, and select a day to check availability.
- Click on Reserve at the time that suits you best.
If it is a paid service, you can quickly reload credits as shown below.
Purchase Flow for a Rate or Voucher After Trying to Reserve a Paid Service or Activity

If a client tries to reserve a paid activity or service without having "sufficient funds," and clicks on "View subscriptions," they will be redirected to the screen of products linked to the paid activity or service they are trying to reserve.
If the contracting of the product linked to the reservation they are trying to make is completed, they will see a success message with the message:
"Purchase made successfully. You can now complete your reservation."
Improving the flow of reservations and services is essential to providing an optimal experience for your clients. When we do not have a rate or voucher that gives us access to certain paid activities or services, it is important that the booking flow guides us clearly and efficiently towards the options that will allow us to enjoy these activities.
Imagine we want to reserve a swimming class for this season. Without a subscription that grants us access, the system will only show us the available options to acquire that access. For example, if your business has activated credits, we will see this option highlighted. By clicking on "see rates," only those rates and vouchers that give us access to the swimming activity will be presented.

It is important to emphasize that in this booking flow only the relevant options are shown, avoiding displaying rates or vouchers that do not give access to the desired activity. This applies to both activities and services, such as reserving paddle tennis courts.
In summary, this approach significantly improves the user experience by simplifying the booking process and ensuring that only the options that truly allow them to enjoy the desired services or activities are presented.
Add Payment Method
Step 1: Access the "Manage Plans and Credits" section using one of the methods we explained at the beginning of this article.
Step 2: Click on "Acquire Credits," select a pack from those available, and click on continue.
Step 3: Click on "Add Payment Method," and enter your card details.
Done. From that moment, you can use your credits to contract the services you need.
Once contracted, you can check your services and cancel them at any time.
