Processing of data from the Community module

By accepting this policy, you authorize the sports center responsible for the processing of your personal data to collect, process and store the information provided during your participation in the Icebreaker Community. Intelinova Software, S.L. acts exclusively as data processor, providing technological services under the instructions of the sports center.

This policy is adapted to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR), as well as local data protection laws in the countries where we operate, including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and other Latin American jurisdictions.

What data do we process?

During your participation in the Community we may process:

• Name and nickname

• Profile picture (avatar)

• Biography (short bio)

• Personal interests

• Favorite activities at the center

• Featured photos

• Connections made with other users

• Status of your connection requests (sent / received / accepted)

• Chat history (content is not analyzed)

• Technical information (device type, app version, IP)

What do we use this data for?

• To show your profile to other active users in the community of the same center.

• Calculate the affinity between profiles and suggest connections.

• Facilitate sending and receiving connection requests.

• Allow conversations between connected users.

• Analyze in an aggregated and anonymous way the use of the module for future improvements.

How is affinity calculated?

The affinity between two users is calculated as follows: (Number of common interests / Number of interests of the user who has less) × 100

Example: If you have marked 5 interests and another user has marked 10, and you have 3 interests in common: Affinity = (3 / 5) × 100 = 60%.

This method guarantees a proportional and fair comparison.

With whom do we share your data?

The data processed in the Community module are not shared with third parties outside the service provision environment, except in the following cases:

• Technology providers that provide infrastructure, analytics or technical support services, under contracts that guarantee confidentiality and security.

• Competent authorities when required by law.

Your profile is only visible to other users of the same center who have also activated the Community.

International transfers

In some cases, data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Appropriate measures will always be applied to ensure the security and protection of the information in accordance with the legal frameworks in force.

Can I use this feature if I am under 16 years old?

No. This functionality is only available to people over 16 years of age, age that is validated by the date of birth registered in the profile.

Can I withdraw my consent?

Yes, you can:

• Deactivate your profile from the Community menu

• Pause your visibility

• Delete your participation in the Community from the Settings menu.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct incorrect information

• Request deletion of your data

• Oppose the processing in certain cases

• Request the portability of your data

To exercise any of these rights, please contact directly your sports center, which is responsible for the processing of your personal data. You can use the usual customer service channels of the center (email, telephone or in person).

Security and providers

The technical infrastructure of the Community module is managed by Intelinova Software, S.L. as data processor. All data is stored in secure environments and controlled by the following providers:

• Microsoft Azure - Primary storage platform and cloud services.

• Amazon AWS - Hosting backups and microservices

• Other authorized providers - Subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements.

The sports center has access to the necessary configurations to enable, pause or remove the use of this functionality by its users.
